There really isn’t a whole lot better than fresh fruit in the summer. I love the lightness of this fresh fruit tart. Presentation wise, it is totally on point, making it a great addition to any summer gathering, plus it is actually extremely easy to make! Aside from all those other positives, my favorite thing about this recipe is the shortbread cookie crust. The time consuming part of this recipe is allowing everything to cool completely. I recommend getting your crust in the oven, then making your glaze so they can cool while you are making your filling.
