Apple Beer Cupcakes

The first time I made these Apple Beer Cupcakes it was for an Oktoberfest party last year and they were a huge hit!  This year I made them for my mother-in-law’s birthday and they were just as delicious as I remember them!  The cupcake is perfectly moist with the fresh taste of apples, and the added maple syrup really makes the cinnamon cream cheese frosting sing!  I highly recommend these for any fall gathering.  They are easy to make and you can make the cupcakes a day ahead of time and just keep them refrigerated until you are ready to frost.  These Apple Beer Cupcakes truly are the perfect fall dessert!
